Li Cossi: how to get there
Among the granite cliffs of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi reveals itself as a small crescent of pale sand overlooking the sea. The water shifts from green to turquoise as the light casts shadows across the rocks. The coastal walk is part of the discovery, allowing the beach to emerge little by little.

Where is Li Cossi?
Li Cossi is in Costa Paradiso, in the municipality of Trinità d’Agultu e Vignola, northern Sardinia. In this part of Gallura, the cove brings together the character of the coast in a small space: pale sand, clear water and towering granite cliffs.
The panoramic path to the beach
From the car park near the small harbour, the path follows the coast for around 500 metres. The sea accompanies the walk, with glimpses of little inlets and rock formations changing at every bend. Arriving on foot is part of Li Cossi’s charm: suitable shoes and light luggage help you enjoy the route, especially with young children and with the return walk in mind.
A day between sand and sea
The beach invites you to pause and let the light set the pace of the day. From the sand, your gaze meets granite cliffs and the changing colours of the water; behind you, the stream adds another reflection to the landscape. Between a swim and a break in the sun, you notice the cove’s subtle colours and the shapes of the rocks enclosing it. Even a pause on the path offers a different perspective before you descend towards the sea.
Preparing for your beach day
A little preparation is all you need to enjoy Li Cossi at a relaxed pace: water, sun protection and something to take your rubbish home in. Check the wind and sea conditions before setting out. Parking and facilities can vary with the season; travelling light makes the walk more enjoyable.
