Casa del Lentischio enjoys a privileged setting. Beautiful sea views are part of every room, offering changing perspectives and filling the days with the colours and light of the Sardinian sea.
One of its greatest strengths is the balance between peace and convenience: while offering a private atmosphere, the house is about five minutes’ walk from bars, shops and an ice cream shop.
The terrace faces the sunset: an invitation to pause, dine outdoors and let the colours on the horizon set the pace of the evening.

The house is designed for comfort, natural light and a constant connection with the sea. Two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower welcome up to four guests.
Wake up to sea views
The first bedroom feels bright and peaceful, with the blue sea on the horizon and a door opening onto the terrace.
The second bedroom
The second bedroom also looks out to sea. Light colours and green details create a restful space.
Indoors and out, naturally.
The living room and open kitchen lead directly onto the panoramic terrace. The wide opening connects indoors and out, leaving you free to eat inside or enjoy meals outdoors with the sea breeze and views over Costa Paradiso.
The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. A modern bathroom with shower completes the house.

We are sorry, however, that the communal areas of the complex and the pool, which are managed by the condominium, did not convey the same sense of care.

“We were the first guests, and everything was as pictured. The host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. Bear in mind that over 60 steps lead to the house, which in the heat may be challenging for older people, young children or people with reduced mobility. During our stay there was an issue with ants in the kitchen, but it was completely resolved. We recommend it.”

As is often the case in Costa Paradiso, reaching the homes with the best views involves a short walk through steps and gardens, but the views and location reward the walk.
As the house is surrounded by nature, a few ants may occasionally appear: we acted promptly and are happy that the problem was completely resolved during your stay.
