Costa Paradiso: sandy beaches and natural pools among the rocks
Costa Paradiso, on Sardinia’s northern coast, is a landscape of contrasts: turquoise and emerald water turns deep blue offshore, while pink granite glows in the evening light. Wind and sea have shaped the rocks into smooth contours, hollows and natural sculptures, among small inlets and crystal-clear pools. Behind them, Mediterranean scrub fills the paths with its scents: wind-bent junipers, lentisk and rockrose lead your gaze towards the sea.

Natural pools among the rocks
In Costa Paradiso’s inlets, water gathers between the rocks, revealing every detail of the seabed. The natural pools invite you to watch the reflections and trace the contours of the granite. Paths and rocky descents lead to them: a close encounter with the sea, best enjoyed by choosing a suitable access point and taking wind and waves into account.
Li Cossi, a sandy interlude
Sheltered between high granite cliffs, Li Cossi offers a stretch of pale sand in Costa Paradiso’s rocky landscape. Time slows between a swim and a pause in the sun. The panoramic path from the small harbour is part of the arrival, offering views of the coast before you reach the cove.
Getting there from Costa Paradiso
Li Sorgenti: around 1.2 km. Li Cossi car park: around 1.5 km.
Both destinations are already within Costa Paradiso. The distances refer to the drives to the respective access areas, from which you continue on foot. For Li Cossi, allow another 500 metres along the path; for the natural pools, follow the marked sea access points.
Distances and journey times are approximate and may vary depending on your accommodation, route and traffic.
