A villa in the Mediterranean scrub of Costa Paradiso, Sardinia, above the rocky coast, with sea views from every room and a path leading from the garden to the natural pools.
Its story is already in its name
First came the holm oak.
The house made room for it.
The trunk grows through the terrace roof: the tree stayed where it was, and the house was built around it. This detail tells the story of the villa’s connection with nature better than anything else.
Outside, the garden offers sunny and shaded corners, a sofa for relaxing, a sun terrace and an outdoor shower. In front of you, the sea; in the evening, the glow of sunset.
Breakfast on the terrace, a pause in the shade, an evening under the stars. Here, staying home is part of the holiday too.

The garden gives you direct access to the path leading on foot to the natural seawater pools among the rocks of Costa Paradiso and the places to enter the sea along the rocky shoreline. It winds through Mediterranean scrub and invites you to explore the coast on foot.

Yes, we always recommend a car, because on foot you can only go down to the natural pools or explore the paths through nature… a car is recommended for getting around.
We are sorry about the Wi-Fi problems. Unfortunately, there was a fault at the local transmitter, and the whole village was without service for a few days. Fortunately, everything has now been resolved.

“We were the first guests, and everything was as pictured. The host was very kind and responded quickly to messages. Bear in mind that over 60 steps lead to the house, which in the heat may be challenging for older people, young children or people with reduced mobility. During our stay there was an issue with ants in the kitchen, but it was completely resolved. We recommend it.”

As is often the case in Costa Paradiso, reaching the homes with the best views involves a short walk through steps and gardens, but the views and location reward the walk.
As the house is surrounded by nature, a few ants may occasionally appear: we acted promptly and are happy that the problem was completely resolved during your stay.
